This week marks another significant step forward for the Hong Kong Rugby League organisation with the entity becoming a legally incorporated body.
The change in legal status opens up the opportunity for the Hong Kong Rugby League to apply for recognition by the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong as the official body for the development and growth of the game of Rugby League within the region, as well provides the organisation with the opportunity to book venues for the upcoming 2015 calendar of events.
The Hong Kong Rugby League will now start the process of applying for recognition from the Asia Pacific Rugby League Confederation and Rugby League International Federation moving forward.
