The Hong Kong Rugby League is proud to announce that they have formed a partnership with the Rula Bula bar in Lan Kwai Fong for the 2016 Rugby League season.
As part of the new partnership, Rula Bula will become the new home of Rugby League within the Hong Kong region, televising a number of showings of the greatest game throughout the year.
It is hoped that the bar can be the “place to be” in Hong Kong to watch the greatest game in all its glory.
The partnership is the first of a number of announcements set to be made by the HKRL in coming weeks.
A hint of some of the events to be announced include:
- The second HKRL Nines Tournament
- The second HKRL Residents XIII Tour
- Inaugural match of the Hong Kong Thunder – the national team of Hong Kong
- Series of social event including Internationals, State of Origin and Grand Final
- NRL Tipping Competition
