Only two team spots remain for inaugural Nines tournament

Only two spots remain for the inaugural Hong Kong Rugby League Nines that will take place at Kings Park in Kowloon on October 21.

With four clubs already confirming their attendance for the inaugural tournament, the Nines event will feature over 50 players trying to help their team win the first piece of Rugby League silverware up for grabs in the region.

The four teams that have already locked in their attendance include the Hong Kong Hunters, Coastal Cobras, Wan Chai Warriors and Mong Kok Creepers.

Teams interested in entering the nines are encouraged to email getinvolved@hongkongrugbyleague.com to confirm their attendance.

Each team that enters will be provided 12 jerseys to keep, provided by Hong Kong Rugby League apparel partner, XBlades.

The winning team will receive the inaugural HKRL Nines trophy, a bar tab at the Pulse Bar (Wanchai), whilst there will also be prizes for the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament.

Entry Fee: HKD $1,200 per squad
