Residents Touring Squad announced

The Hong Kong Rugby League has today announced its 21-man Hong Kong Residents XIII touring squad for the upcoming international against the Thailand Residents XIII.

The match, which will take place on Saturday May 28 at the Horseshoe Point Resort in Pattaya in Thailand, will be the second clash played by the Hong Kong Residents, and the first in continental Asia.

The HKRL Residents XIII is a representative team made up of open-age players who are current residents of Hong Kong and playing Rugby League, which was established by the Hong Kong Rugby League in 2015.

The team is not the international representative team of Hong Kong (Hong Kong Thunder) and is designed to allow a wider mix of players to have the opportunity to not only represent their region, but also help spread the Rugby League message throughout Asia.

Hong Kong Residents Touring Squad:
Carl Chambers, Daniel Stacey, David Hunter, David Rotherham, Douglas Fluker, Hugh Quinlivan, Ian Molyneux, Jacob Weeks, James Hall, James Stevenson, Jason Fairleigh, Lee Griffiths, Michael Beckett, Ringo Lung, Robert Hotchin, Ryan Campbell, Sam Purvis, Thomas Hayden, Toby Lei, Udo Wong, Yosuke Yamagishi
